Shipping Policy – Olive Oil Anatolia

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing purchases from Olive Oil Anatolia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Processing Times

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Standard order processing time is 2–4 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Should additional verification be required, for instance in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete payment, processing may be delayed until the matter is resolved.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping through recognized courier services, including but not limited to DHL, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are disclosed at checkout prior to order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only, and the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected courier service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such as in promotional free shipping offers, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. International Shipping and Customs

The Company ships worldwide unless expressly restricted by law or sanctions. International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, and customers acknowledge that delays may occur due to regulatory checks in the destination country. Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order. Any costs arising from such refusal, including return shipping or destruction fees, shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

5. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the products shall transfer to the customer only upon full payment of all amounts due, including shipping and handling charges.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or jurisdictions prohibited under applicable export control laws. Certain items, including but not limited to hazardous or restricted goods, may be excluded from shipping in compliance with international transport regulations.

7. Failed Delivery and Return Shipments

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay import duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. The customer remains liable for all associated costs, including original shipping, return shipping, and any carrier-imposed penalties.

8. Modification of Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in shipping practices, legal obligations, or business operations. The version in force at the time of your order shall govern your transaction.
