Harvested early in the 2026 season, Elixir D’Or is crafted as a single-varietal olive oil, reflecting the authentic character of its origin with a clean and elegant profile. With a very low acidity level of ≤ 0.2% and a high polyphenol content of 350+ mg/kg, it offers strong natural value, purity and stability.

This special edition is presented in a 250 ml matte gold bottle, giving the product a luxurious and collectible appearance.
