This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) applies to the Olive Oil Anatolia Membership and forms part of our Terms of Service. It should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. By starting a membership you agree to the terms below.

1. What the membership is

An Olive Oil Anatolia Membership is a recurring order of single-origin extra virgin olive oil. When you build your box you choose:

  • a selection — Everyday Artisanal or Award-Winning Reserve;
  • a bottle size — 500 ml, 1 L or 2 L;
  • how many bottles you receive in each delivery;
  • your delivery rhythm — Monthly (every 1 month) or Quarterly (every 3 months).

The oils in each box are selected by us from the chosen collection and vary with the harvest, so that every delivery is as close to pressing as possible.

2. Billing and renewals

Your first payment is taken when you place the order. Your membership then renews automatically on the same cycle you selected — every month for a Monthly membership, or every three months for a Quarterly membership — until you cancel.

Each renewal is charged to the payment method saved with your membership, at the price in effect at the time of that renewal. We send you an email before each renewal so you have time to make changes.

3. Managing your membership

You can view and manage your membership from the account area of our website, using the link included in your order and renewal emails. From there you can change your selection, bottle size, quantity or delivery rhythm, update your delivery address or payment method, and skip, pause or reschedule an upcoming delivery.

Changes apply to deliveries that have not yet been processed. If a delivery has already entered processing (see the Shipping Policy), the change will take effect from the following delivery. If you need help at any point, write to us at team@oliveoilanatolia.com and we will make the change for you.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries. Cancel from your account area or by emailing team@oliveoilanatolia.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel before the renewal date shown in your account and in your renewal reminder email. Deliveries already paid for will still be sent.

5. Price changes

We may change membership prices. If a price change affects your membership, we will tell you by email before it applies to a renewal, so that you can change or cancel your membership if you prefer.

6. Shipping

Membership deliveries are shipped under our Shipping Policy, including its processing times, carriers, and rules on customs duties and import taxes for international orders. Please keep your delivery address up to date in your account; we cannot be responsible for deliveries sent to an out-of-date address.

7. Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt the charge again and let you know by email so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, that delivery is not dispatched and the membership may be paused or cancelled.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to membership deliveries. Please note that olive oil is a perishable food product and, as stated in that policy, perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered.

This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong: if a delivery arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us at team@oliveoilanatolia.com as soon as you receive it and we will put it right by replacing the item or refunding you.

Where the law of your country gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a subscription, that right applies in addition to this Policy.

9. Suspension of a membership by us

We may pause or end a membership if we cannot supply the selected oils, if payment cannot be collected, or if the membership is being used in a way that breaches our Terms of Service. If we end a membership, we will refund any delivery you have paid for but not received.
